Whereas previously you could only forward to one device at a time the new feature set now offers you the ability to forward to multiple phones simultaneously OR to forward to multiple phones one after the other.

Have multiple agents, assistants or employees that all need to take calls? Select “Forward call to several phones and have them ring simultaneously” and all forwarding numbers for your Vumber will receive the call at the same time so that the first to answer gets the call!

Need to let a call roll over to the next available person if the first person does not pick up? Select “Forward call to several phones and have them ring in sequence,” then drag the forwarding numbers up and down the list to put them in the order you desire!

Greetings – Vumber Service Additions

You will have noticed that a number of new features have been added to Vumber over recent months.

From major items like text messaging, fax and call recording, to a complete overhaul of the Vumber Dashboard.

Today we are adding a small but much requested enhancement –  the ability to upload voicemail greeting files directly from your Vumber Dashboard.

To add your own prerecorded greeting to your Vumber – login to your account and choose the “voicemail” tab.

Now simply select the mp3 or wav file you want to upload from your computer. Once uploaded – the greeting will be played to all callers that reach your Vumber voicemail box.

We will continue to enhance the service in the coming weeks and months. Please continue to use the ‘feedback’ box that appears on every page of the Vumber Dashboard to let us how we are doing and what further enhancements you need.

The Vumber Team.
